Spring is here at last which is such a relief after what seemed like the longest winter ever. The birds sound more cheerful and there are signs of new life everywhere, with daffodils, crocuses and snowdrops reflecting a new, more optimistic mood.

I am not going to mention the ‘C’ word but that light at the end of tunnel is getting brighter each day and it won’t be long before we can press ‘play’ and get back to living our lives again, spending time with our friends and family. Summer is on the horizon and longer days are beckoning.

I have really missed doing what I love and am so looking forward to welcoming you all again. All being well, I will be opening the doors of Forest Reiki again from the 12th April and am busy spring-cleaning my lovely garden room preparing for clients old and new.
