Forest Reiki is back and raring to go!
I’m so pleased to let you all know that Forest Reiki is open for business again. I had a trial run last week and am so enjoying practising my Reiki again. I have spent the last few weeks ensuring that I am ticking all the Covid-19 protection boxes and am raring to go.
I am asking all clients to complete a Covid-19 questionnaire before arriving for a treatment. My Reiki room is deep-cleaned and all bedding changed between each client (if you prefer to bring your own sheets, blankets and pillow, please let me know). I wear a mask throughout the session and give my clients the choice of ‘hands-off’ or ‘hands-on’ Reiki. As always, the client remains fully clothed with a blanket covering them throughout so there is no ‘skin-to-skin’ contact. I ask clients to bring their own water bottle and to use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the room. I also request that clients wear a mask throughout the treatment. I leave a window open for extra ventilation too (don’t worry - you will be toasty-warm under fleecy blankets).
Other than that, everything remains just the same here at Forest Reiki - it is still a quiet haven where you can escape the madness of the world we live in and to enjoy an hour of total relaxation.
Reiki can be beneficial to those experiencing:
Stress, anxiety, tension, burn-out, insomnia, fatigue, menopausal symptoms, hormonal imbalances, mood swings and depression and grief.
However, you don’t have to experience any of the above symptoms to benefit from a relaxing Reiki treatment. If you simply feel in need of a bit of TLC and a safe space to relax, rebalance and recharge your batteries, why not treat yourself to a Reiki session?
I also offer Forest Reiki gift vouchers for birthdays, Christmas, special occasions or ‘just because’ days. At a time when the world seems to be upside down, there are few people who wouldn’t benefit from the gift of a blissful hour of Reiki. The vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be sent by post or email - perfect for a last minute gift.
